Business Visa Requirements
To apply for a Business Visa to enter the Republic of Zambia, applicants are REQUIRED to provide the following:
- Passport sized photo
- Passport copy of applicant
- Cover letter on company letterhead with full address and contact numbers addressed to the Director-General (you may wish to adapt the provided Cover Letter template)
- Invitation from host company (email: etd2024-info@unza.zm to request for an invitation letter after successfully registring)
- Certified copy of certificate of incorporation of host company (This is NOT necessary as The University of Zambia is a Public University of the Republic of Zambia established through the University Act of 1966)
Nationals Who Do Not Require Visa
- The Republic of Zambia's Department of Immigration has a list of countries that do not require visas to enter the Republic of Zambia.
