NDLTD Travel Grant Programme
The NDLTD will provide a limited number of travel grants for delegates to help cover the cost of attending ETD 2024. Travel grants for delegates to attend the ETD annual symposium are an investment in ETDs worldwide. The NDLTD believes it is important that delegates from all nations have an opportunity to attend the annual conference and generally provides funding for scholarships. The grants will be given in the form of reimbursements, so travel grant awardeees will need to cover their costs upfront.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the candidate MUST satisfy both of the following two criteria:
- be an AUTHOR of a full paper and/or poster
- be in a position where they need to pay the “Author-Main Conference” registration rate to attend ETD 2024.

To apply, please complete this form for ETD 2024 Travel Grants. Note that:
- The form for ETD 2024 expires on August 31, 2024 Anywhere on Earth (AoE).
- These awards will be processed as reimbursements by the NDLTD and awardees will need to provide receipts for the “Author-Main Conference” fee.
- Awardees will receive instructions on how to be reimbursed after the conference.
